Wholesale Terms

These terms apply to wholesale accounts opened through lovesilk.com/pages/wholesale. They sit alongside our standard Terms & Conditions. Prices are in US dollars.

1. Who can hold an account. US retailers that sell to the public from a physical store, a salon, spa or clinic, or their own website, including boutiques and independent stores, beauty and wellness stores, gift shops, department stores and online retailers. We review every application and may decline or close an account at our discretion, for example where a retailer lists our products on third-party marketplaces.

2. Wholesale pricing. Approved wholesale partners receive dedicated wholesale pricing, shown once you are logged in, alongside the suggested retail price (MSRP). We may change wholesale prices or the MSRP with 14 days' notice by email; orders already placed are not affected.

3. Taxes. Wholesale prices exclude any applicable sales or use tax. We don't currently charge sales tax on wholesale orders. You are responsible for any sales tax on your resales and for any use tax that applies to your purchases.

4. Minimum orders. The minimum order value is US$2,000 for every order, including reorders. Minimums are calculated using wholesale merchandise value, excluding any separately charged shipping or applicable taxes. Any mix of eligible products, colors and styles counts toward the minimum.

5. Payment. Orders are paid in full at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the other payment methods shown at checkout. Any other payment terms are subject to approval and availability.

6. Made to order and dispatch. Wholesale orders are made to order, so they never take from our retail stock. Orders typically dispatch within approximately four weeks after order confirmation; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Delivery time varies depending on the destination and shipping service. If your order will dispatch substantially later than estimated, we will tell you and you may cancel it for a full refund.

7. Shipping. Wholesale orders are shipped with tracking. Shipping is charged at a flat US$39 per order to US addresses and is shown at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you nominate.

8. Changes and cancellations. Because each order is produced for you, please tell us within 2 business days if you need to change or cancel it; after that we may already have placed it into production.

9. Retail pricing and where you sell. The MSRP is provided as a guide; you remain responsible for setting your own resale prices. Wholesale partners sell through their own stores and websites named on their application. Listing LS SILK products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy or similar third-party marketplaces is not permitted under the program.

10. Brand and product claims. Use our product names, images and descriptions as supplied. Please don't make health or medical claims about silk; our product information gives you wording that is accurate and safe to use.

11. Returns, damaged, defective or incorrect items. Wholesale orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns due to unsold inventory or change of mind. If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos so our team can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or a credit.

12. Privacy. We use your details only to run your account and send order and account emails. See our Privacy Policy.

13. Who you are dealing with and governing law. These terms are between you and LS SILK PTY LTD (ABN 68 692 359 818), an Australian company. They are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

14. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms; the version at lovesilk.com/pages/wholesale-terms applies to orders placed after the change.
