Our wholesale program is designed to make stocking LS SILK straightforward, with flexible product selection, clear ordering requirements, and convenient online purchasing.

Pricing and MSRP

Approved partners see wholesale prices next to suggested retail prices (MSRP) when logged in. MSRP is a guide; you set your own resale prices.

Minimum and mix-and-match

US$2,000 minimum on every order, including reorders, based on wholesale merchandise value. Mix and match any products and colors.

Shipping and dispatch

Flat US$39 per order to any US address, with tracking. Made to order, with an estimated dispatch time of about 4 weeks after order confirmation.

Payment and returns

Paid in full at checkout by card. Wholesale orders are final sale; if an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly and we'll review it and arrange a resolution.

Who can open a wholesale account?

Our wholesale program is open to US retailers, including boutiques and independent stores, beauty and wellness stores, gift shops, salons and spas, department stores, and online retailers.

Wholesale partners may sell through their own stores and websites; reselling on third-party marketplaces isn't permitted under the program.

How do I see wholesale prices?

Once your wholesale account is approved, simply log in to the LS SILK website.

Your wholesale prices will be displayed automatically alongside the suggested retail prices (MSRP), allowing you to browse and order directly online.

What are the minimum order requirements?

You can mix and match products across our collection.

The minimum order is US$2,000 for every order, including reorders, based on wholesale merchandise value.

When will my order dispatch?

Wholesale orders are made to order, so they never take from our retail stock.

Orders typically dispatch within approximately four weeks after order confirmation. Delivery time varies depending on the destination and shipping service.

What does the packaging look like?

Every product comes in LS SILK branded retail packaging, ready for display.

Can I order samples before placing a wholesale order?

Yes. Tick “I'd like to talk about samples” on your application, or mention it in your message.

We'll provide information about available sample options when reviewing your application.

Do you offer exclusive territories?

We don't currently offer exclusive territories.

However, we carefully review new retailer applications to maintain a balanced retail presence and support our existing partners.
